Volunteer
Would you like to learn new skills and meet new people while supporting Clan Donald Lands Trust? We regularly have opportunities for volunteers to get involved in our work. We are currently recruiting Garden Volunteers.
The Garden Volunteer role supports the maintenance and development of the gardens, including work in the nurseries and flower border. No experience is necessary but an interest in plants and gardening is of course beneficial. We are looking for people who can commit to a regular volunteering slot on a weekday. For more information please download the Task Description from this page. To register your interest please download and complete the Registration of Interest form on this page, and email to: office@armadalecastle.com
We also have other volunteering opportunities from time to time. Examples of volunteer roles include helping with exhibition research, supporting education and learning activities, supporting the events programme, assisting with evaluation, and undertaking archive cataloguing. We will post up new opportunities on this page, on social media and in our e-newsletter.
We also welcome approaches from undergraduate and postgraduate students in a relevant discipline seeking research placements. Please note that we are unable to offer volunteering opportunities to individuals who are under 18.
