We are delighted to be taking part in the first ever Discover Scottish GardensSpring Flower Festival. We’ve developed a programme both on site and online so everyone can share in the beauty of an Armadale Gardens spring. Garden events are free with normal entrance.
- All month, family trail: Explore our beautiful gardens with all the family. Pick up a spring flower trail and hunt for flowers and seasonal shrubs across our 40 acres of gardens and woodlands.
- Tuesday 18 May, 2 – 3 pm, Garden tour, spring highlights: Meet members of our gardens team and learn about the joys and challenges of gardening at Armadale. Take a tour of seasonal highlights including rhododendrons and bluebells. The tour is free with normal entrance but numbers are limited to ensure social distancing. To be sure of a place we advise advance booking on Eventbrite. Meet at the garden entrance.
- Tuesday 25 May, 5pm, virtual garden walk on Facebook: Walk with us around the gardens – online. Enjoy the colours of rhododendrons, bluebells and other spring flowers as they come into bloom. Discover the exotic plants that thrive in our sheltered gardens. Streaming at 5pm and afterwards available on Vimeo.
Throughout the festival keep checking our Instagram feed and Stories for some of our favourite spring flowers as they come into bloom.
